TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and devices used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
– obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
– checking the correct functioning of the services offered.
Browsing data do not persist for more than seven days (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the Judicial Authority).
Data provided by the user
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to contact addresses, private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this option is provided), as well as the completion and submission of forms on the Authority’s sites, entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
Specific information will be published on the pages of the sites prepared for the provision of certain services or participation in specific initiatives.
Cookies and other tracking systems
No cookies are used for user profiling. The only processing carried out involves producing pseudonymized statistical data on browsing on the above-listed sites.
The configuration adopted, in order to exclude processing of identifying data, collects the following information:
• The IP address, which is masked by zeroing out the last 2 bytes (xxx.xxx.0.0)
• The operating system used
• The type of browser
• The type of device (PC, smartphone, etc.)
Session technical cookies (non-persistent) are used, strictly limited to what is necessary for secure and efficient site navigation.
Information on the processing of personal data carried out through the Social Media platforms used by the Authority
Regarding the processing of personal data carried out by the managers of the Social Media platforms used, please refer to the information provided by them through their respective privacy policies. Personal data provided by users through the pages of the Social Media platforms dedicated to this Authority are processed, within the scope of its institutional purposes, exclusively to manage interactions with users (comments, public posts, etc.) and in compliance with applicable laws.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to the processing (Arts. 15 et seq. of the Regulation). RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data through this site is carried out in violation of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority, as provided for by Art. 77 of the Regulation, or to take appropriate legal action (Art. 79 of the Regulation).
